Lucky Chan Games Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to mobile games and related services provided by Lucky Chan Games, including the game through which you access these Terms (“Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use cheats, bots, exploits, or other methods that provide an unfair advantage.
In-app purchases and virtual items
The Service may offer in-app purchases, including virtual currency or other digital items. Purchases are processed by the app store through which you downloaded the game and are subject to that store’s payment terms.
Virtual items are licensed for use within the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may not be transferred or sold outside the Service, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds are handled under the applicable app store’s policies and applicable law.
Service changes and availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service to maintain or improve it, address security or technical issues, or comply with applicable requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when required by law.
Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access to the Service if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create a risk to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service may include or rely on services, content, or links provided by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Lucky Chan Games is not responsible for third-party services that it does not operate.
Disclaimer and liability
We provide the Service with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Chan Games is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
